Any customer may request the GUARANTEE, please notice the following content and inform when /or after the order. (Keep in your file) 
GUARANTEE
Tendtool guarantees all parts of its equipment, to the original purchaser, for one full year from date of shipment (except as provided below) against defects in material or workmanship, when the equipment is installed in strict accordance with its particular specifications.tendtool will repair and/or replace free of charge (Ex works) all such defective parts, ONLY when returned to the company in Xi,an China or indicated place, with shipping charges PREPAID. This guarantee DOES NOT COVER damage caused by accident, abuse or faulty installation nor repair or replacement of parts worn or consumed in normal operation of the machine. 
TERMS OF SALE 
PRICES
Prices quoted in the present price list are intended for delivery FREE EX WORK, on truck or container. Packing is not included.
PACKING
Packing charges are at cost price. They are listed for each machine.
PAYMENTS
If not otherwise agreed, payments have to be intended as cash at delivery. Payments have to be entirely fulfilled within the established date. No deduction for whatsoever reason can be enforced by the Customer. For payments effected after the established date, a monthly interest of 1.5% will be charged. All banking expenses and commissions are at Customer’s charge.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
Terms of delivery have to be fixed by us through written form and they have effect as soon as we receive back from the Customer our order confirmation duly countersigned. Terms of delivery have effect only in the case payments due in advance have been made.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond out control as listed by the international Chamber of Commerce in Pairs (strikes, works stoppages, transportation delays, customs blockage, etc.) do not give the Customer the right to cancel the order. No liability is accepted for delay in delivery or no delivery caused by the above-cited events.
FORWARDING
Forwarding of the goods is completely as customer’s risk, also when we pay for it, unless differently agreed.On request the goods can be insured at Customer’s expensed.The forwarding of the goods is under carrier’s liability. 
TESTING
All the machines are thoroughly tested before forwarding. Special tests or inspections requested will be at Customer’s charge. 
CLAIMS
Eventual claims shall arrive us by registered letter within ten days from the date of receiving of the goods. Also the serial number of the machine must be indicated.
